Lets say it nop it doesn't rejected while salman is on work with directors to make funs never rejects tiger 3 movie film.

Boxoffice & Content both are different. Don't mix them & Judge movie content on just Boxoffice.

Salman is not a Megastar in Overseas like he is in India & moreover Tiger 3 didn't got perfect release in Overseas.

Still Tiger 3 will collect more than War in Overseas Market.
