Nihalani says it is a market-based decision. “See, it’s simple. When a very big film is being released all other releases scamper out. But the fact is, there is a room for another entertainer to supplement a big film. Those who can’t see Thugs Of Hindostan would have a choice now to watch Rangeela Raja instead of wondering what to do and where to go.”

Though this film won't really do it still what he is saying is just old school distribution technique. Smaller films have always been released opposite a biggie. It is not at all new & this is the exact reason makers give while releasing.

Yeah but what this guy is saying not really true. People have other options now, they won't go waste 1000s of Rupees to watch this movie if ToH is unavailable.

It maybe true for a negligible number of audience, but that is all.

Well there will always be a section which will come just like the ones who watched Govinda's Aa Gaya Hero.

With a title like Rangeela Raja & a product which is straight out of 90s, why would he expect anything different? It is not this film will get shows in multiplexes.

I don't think I read that right. Who would go and watch that movie instead of TOH?
