New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan's Ted Talks India: Nayi Soch is a much-awaited show which was initially supposed to air during Diwali 2017. However, the show's air date was delayed and as per a leading daily report, the new air date is December 10, 2017 at every Sunday. The timings of the show would be 7 PM onwards.

Ted Talks India: Nayi Soch will follow the international format where a speaker from a professional field will present his/her talk for a duration of 18 minutes. Audience of 100 people would be present and the king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan will be the host of the show.

Pinkvilla quotes a source from a leading daily as saying-

"Earlier, they were looking at airing it in the same slot that Aamir Khan’s show Satyamev Jayate used to air, but later decided against it. Now, it will be in the evening. Initially, only seven episodes have been locked. If the response to the show is good, they are planning to shoot a couple of episodes more. That’s because the concept is completely new to the Indian audience and they have to gauge how it will be received. In case the response is not very overwhelming, they will air only seven episodes and probably come back with a season 2 later."
