Salman Khan who appeared before the Magistrate of Jodhpur Court, in a reply to his religion he said, "i'am Hindu and Muslim both, i'am an Indian"

The Bollywood superstar appeared in the Jodhpurt Court in connection to the 18 year old blackbuck killing case and the other celebrities including Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam Kothari and Sonali Bendre who were also ordered to appear in the court but citing security reasons they didn't appeared on the date as per the court order.

The next hearing will be on Feb 15.

He should have said that he is secular.Why playing Hindu muslim card to gain sympathy.He is not a Hindu.

This is extreme stupid answer, why to call himself a hindu if you in real are a Muslim, yeh dono mazhaab ki beezaty hai a man cant be both abt indian ya that can be justified

Salman's mother is Hindu and he celebrates Hindu festivals such as Ganesh puja also. So what's wrong if he considers himself a Hindu & as well as a Muslim?

Anyways, in the country which claims itself as "secular', one shouldn't have to mention his/her religion at first place in any kinda official/legal purpose.
